1. Which places do you ship to?

We ship worldwide except for the Russian Federation and countries on the African continent. Please ensure that all information provided is accurate. Otherwise, delays may occur. Delays may also occur due to hiccups at the payment or custom checkpoint clearance.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with airway bill number for tracking. 


2. How do I place an order? 

Simply click on the order dropdown tabs to indicate the size and quantity of the items requested. There is no need to set up any account on this website.


3. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been placed and verified, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Thereafter, an email containing the airway bill number will be sent to you once your order is shipped. 


4. Where can I make enquires about my order?

You may email contact@makemusic.sg for enquires related to your order. We will reply you within office hours - weekdays 9am-6pm.

I have received my order and I am not happy with the item and would like a full refund. What should I do?

If you are unhappy with your item for whatever reason(s), we would be happy to accept any returns for a full refund, subject to terms and conditions. These are:

/ Items must be received by us in unused, unwashed and undamaged condition and in their original packaging.

/ Items must be received by us within 15 days of the date that you received the item.

If you would like to exchange your item for a new size, you must first go through the return process and make a new order for your newly-sized item. Please understand that the new order is subject to availability of stock.

To return your item(s),

1) Download and print out the Return Form. Complete the form and remember to include your order number.

2) Enclose the Return Form together with your item(s) for return to either of the addresses below:

3) Upon receiving your item(s) and if the conditions are fulfilled, refunds will be processed within 10 business days. You should also receive an email for confirmation.

4) If you require a different size, please re-order from our website. Items are subjected to availability.




*Shipping fees will not be refunded.

* All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer. Customers are responsible for their own return packages until they are received by us. It is highly recommended that you send the return packages using registered and traceable delivery/ mailing services. Here are our recommended shipping partners: SF Express, Yunda Express, DHL and FedEx.

In the event of dispute, Make Music reserves the right to make the final decision on all returns cases.


1. What payment methods are available?

 All payment transactions are calculated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are based on the exchange rate at the point of payment. We accept Alipay and all major credit cards including VISA, MasterCard and American Express. All payments are processed through Shopify, an online payment gateway.


2. I have placed my order, but did not receive a confirmation email. When will I receive my confirmation email?

It is likely that you might have keyed in the wrong email address during checkout or it might have been sent to your junk mail/ spam folder. Otherwise, please contact us at contact@makemusic.sg and we will send you another order confirmation.


3. I have received my order and the items are not what I ordered. What should I do?

If you believe that you have received incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order via contact@makemusic.sg. Please ensure that you provide us the order number, photos of the item(s) and any other relevant information. We aim to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Customs & Regulations

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country.


Foreign Customs and Import Charges

As the recipient, you may be charged import duties and local sales taxes, depending on your shipping country. You are liable for the payment of these import duties and taxes levied by your local customs. Payment of these is necessary for your local customs to release your order.


Foreign Transaction Fees

Once your payment transaction is settled, foreign transaction fees from your bank may be charged. These fees are set by your bank's pricing and transaction fee policies. Please contact your local bank for further details of foreign transaction fees.
