1. What payment methods are available?
All payment transactions are calculated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are based on the exchange rate at the point of payment. We accept Alipay and all major credit cards including VISA, MasterCard and American Express. All payments are processed through Shopify, an online payment gateway.
2. I have placed my order, but did not receive a confirmation email. When will I receive my confirmation email?
It is likely that you might have keyed in the wrong email address during checkout or it might have been sent to your junk mail/ spam folder. Otherwise, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you another order confirmation.
3. I have received my order and the items are not what I ordered. What should I do?
If you believe that you have received incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order via email@example.com. Please ensure that you provide us the order number, photos of the item(s) and any other relevant information. We aim to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
