I have received my order and I am not happy with the item and would like a full refund. What should I do?
If you are unhappy with your item for whatever reason(s), we would be happy to accept any returns for a full refund, subject to terms and conditions. These are:
/ Items must be received by us in unused, unwashed and undamaged condition and in their original packaging.
/ Items must be received by us within 15 days of the date that you received the item.
If you would like to exchange your item for a new size, you must first go through the return process and make a new order for your newly-sized item. Please understand that the new order is subject to availability of stock.

1） Download and print out the Return Form. Complete the form and remember to include your order number.
2） Enclose the Return Form together with your item(s) for return to either of the addresses below:

3） Upon receiving your item(s) and if the conditions are fulfilled, refunds will be processed within 10 business days. You should also receive an email for confirmation.
4） If you require a different size, please re-order from our website. Items are subjected to availability.
*Shipping fees will not be refunded.
* All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer. Customers are responsible for their own return packages until they are received by us. It is highly recommended that you send the return packages using registered and traceable delivery/ mailing services. Here are our recommended shipping partners: SF Express, Yunda Express, DHL and FedEx.
In the event of dispute, Make Music reserves the right to make the final decision on all returns cases.
